At FlowDictate, we prioritize your data security and privacy. We believe that your voice and your thoughts are yours alone.

Data Processing

FlowDictate processes your voice data ephemerally. When you dictate, your voice is sent securely to our ultra-low latency API for transcription. Once the transcription is returned to your device, the data is immediately deleted from our servers.

We do not train our AI models on your personal data. Your dictation remains private and is never used to improve the system at the cost of your confidentiality.

Local First

We aim to keep as much as possible on your machine. App settings, custom dictionaries, and shortcuts are stored locally on your Mac.

Third-Party Services

We use standard, industry-leading infrastructure to power our transcription services. These partners are strictly prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing the transcription service.
